Please ignore the version of IE. Solution 3: A new Fonts folder Create a Fonts folder inside the virtual Windows directory (%username%\Windows\Fonts). I've found that this condition only happens in Outlook when opening HTML formatted emails. Apparently windows occasionally looses track of a .dll file -possibly due to a crash, or improper shutdown.
